The game begins with the dealer tossing a card to the player to his right.
This player must then guess whether the penis on the next card will be bigger or smaller.
If the player is wrong, he or she drinks a shot or drinks for the number of seconds corresponding to how far off his or her guess was; or simply add an element of truth or dare, shoot, or remove an item of clothing.
