Gently cleanse the area to remove body oils and skin debris. Do not use moisturizers, creams or other skin care products near the area before using the nipple shields as this will reduce the adhesion of the nipple shield.
Apply the covers one side at a time. Make sure that the nipple is in the center of the shield when applying. Press the shield lightly onto the skin to achieve the final result.
